Terms of Service

1. scope of services
flowmatic lab llc provides design, web development, and automation services billed via "service units."
2. service units
one (1) service unit corresponds to a fixed value of work and has a value of 10 dollars. units are purchased in advance (prepaid pay as you go). no volume discounts apply; every unit has the same value.
3. validity
purchased service units are valid indefinitely and do not expire.
4. project execution
work commences once the required units are allocated. estimates are agreed upon individually prior to execution.
5. intellectual property
upon full payment of the agreed service units, all deliverables and intellectual property rights transfer to the client, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
6. limitation of liability
flowmatic lab llc is liable only for damages caused by intentional misconduct or gross negligence. liability is limited to the total amount of service units purchased for the relevant project.
7. governing law
these terms are governed by the laws of the state of new mexico, usa.
